An established commercial real estate firm is seeking an experienced commercial leasing professional to support landlord-side leasing assignments in Montreal.

This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys managing transactions, building relationships and moving deals forward. The focus is on executing and servicing leasing assignments, with prospecting as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Market available commercial space and identify prospective tenants.

• Coordinate property tours and manage prospect follow-up.

• Negotiate leasing transactions and guide deals through completion.

• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, owners and prospective tenants.

• Manage assignments independently while collaborating with an experienced team.

• Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Approximately five years of relevant commercial leasing experience.

• Experience representing commercial landlords, property owners or developers.

• An active OACIQ licence, or an existing licence eligible for prompt reactivation.

• Bachelor of Commerce or a related university degree.

• French-language proficiency.

• Strong negotiation, relationship management and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage transactions independently and work in a commission-based environment.

Compensation

This is a fully commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. There is no base salary.
