Part-time student BDR role, outbound prospecting and booking discovery meetings for a recruitment & sales-strategy firm. Remote (Canada), hourly base + commission.

We're a small, high-output team where everyone makes a real impact. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how B2B sales actually works.

What You Will Do

  • Research and identify prospective clients including startups, scale-ups, and SMBs.

  • Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.

  • Qualify leads and book discovery meetings with LH's consulting team.

  • Maintain accurate activity and lead tracking using shared tools.

  • Participate in onboarding, weekly check-ins, and feedback sessions.

Who You Are

  • Strong communicator: you engage people in a way that earns a response.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.

  • Curious about sales, startups, and business development; prior outreach experience is an asset.

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Canadian postsecondary program: college, university, or graduate studies.

  • Strong written and spoken English required.

  • Comfortable with digital outreach tools; prior experience with LinkedIn or email prospecting is an asset.
