Job Description
As the first point of contact for artists, managers, and label representatives, you'll drive deal flow, build outreach systems, and represent Xposure Music professionally through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
Generate a healthy deal flow using a data-driven approach
Research and develop new methods to reach ideal contacts
First point of contact for artists, artist managers, label representatives; clearly and professionally representing Xposure Music
Organizing outreach cadence and contact records
Collaborating with the A&R team on next steps in the sales process
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience (including internships)
Outbound sales experience
Experience with CRM and task management software (Hubspot, Salesforce, Asana, Linear, etc.)
Highly organized and motivated individual
Based in Montreal, hybrid work schedule
Music industry experience is a plus
