Who We Are

LH Sales Consulting is a Montreal-based recruitment and sales-strategy firm. We place top commercial and technical talent for fast-growing companies in the data centre, HVAC, software, and OEM space across Canada and the USA. We're a small, high-output team where everyone makes a real impact. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in talent acquisition who wants to learn how recruiting actually works.

What You Will Do

• Source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms based on active role briefs.

• Send outreach messages to prospective candidates and manage initial responses.

• Book and coordinate candidate meetings end to end.

• Enter and maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM (Zoho Bigin).

• Track pipeline activity and deliver weekly KPI updates.

• Research target companies and hiring managers to help prioritize outreach.

• Detail-oriented — you catch errors before they become problems.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled at a Canadian university in HR, Business, Communications, or a related program.

• Strong written and spoken English required; French is an asset.

• Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or sales is a strong asset.

• Comfortable with LinkedIn (LinkedIn Recruiter experience a plus).

• Willing to learn our CRM tools quickly (Zoho Bigin).
